Refund & Return Policy

SUPPLEMENT SALES ARE FINAL.
ALL CONVENTION SALES ARE FINAL.


Returns for Non-Supplement Items

We offer a 30-day return window for non-supplement items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, email us at support@ukofitness.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

Shipping protection insurance must be purchased at checkout.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

These items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
